Break inspection into separate checks

Review the ordered item, quantity, size label and visible condition one at a time. A clear label photograph does not by itself show an actual garment measurement. Keep the requested variation next to the evidence so that a similar-looking item cannot silently replace it.

Ask a measurable question

For a measurement request, specify the part to measure and the method you want shown. A length without the starting and ending points can be ambiguous. Record your requirement and the response rather than relying on a general note such as size checked.

Record the decision and its basis

Mark a check as resolved only when the evidence answers it. If a condition remains unclear, leave the question open and use the official order support process. This workbook is a local record and cannot approve, return or dispute an order on the agent platform.

Keep the inspection history

Save the source, selected variant, checked date and decision notes together. Export a CSV copy when the review is complete. Store photos separately with an appropriate reference in the notes. Do not put private order credentials or personal documents in a shareable export.
